Our client, a cutting tool manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Sales Representative in Port Elizabeth. This is a permanent position. A market related salary with commission is offered. Benefits offered will include medical aid, group cover, retirement annuity, travel allowance, petrol card and a cell phone allowance.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Sales
- External: visit customer, solve machining problems, stock problems and suggest improvements
- Quote customers on tools and service
- Reporting
- Generate Weekly and monthly tool cost report
- Generate Weekly Customer Activity report
Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements:
- 2-5 years proven work experience as a sales representative
- Relevant certification or qualification would be advantageous
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Familiarity in relevant technical systems/computer literate
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Good verbal and written communication skills
