Seeking a Junior Site Foreman to join our team.
Requirements: Matric is essential
Adventitious: trade qualification or trade experience (1-2 years’ experience)
Must be willing to learn Practical and Theoretical knowledge in all building trades.
Must have strong planning abilities
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Good communication and team working skills
Responsibilities: monitor attendance and performance of site employees
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Weekend work required
Supervise workers Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met (management of Health and safety File)
Resolve problems when they arise
Attend all site meetings and report back to the office
Must have valid Driver’s licence
English Speaking Must have reliable and suitable Van
Salary: R5500- R7000 Per Month
