Junior Sous Chef-Silverlakes

Chef position available with Restaurant and function venue in Silverlakes Pretoria. Candidates must have 3+ years chef/kitchen management experience. Must have good general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Experience in a la carte & buffet style food delivery required. The successful candidate will have strong food health and safety knowledge. Main duties will include the implementation and maintaining of required health and safety levels.
