About Recadi TechnologiesRecadi Technologies is a growing technology company that designs, builds, and supports digital systems for businesses across the public and private sector. We focus on practical, reliable technology that supports real operational needs.
We are looking for a Junior Web & IT Support Administrator to assist with day-to-day support, website maintenance, and internal digital operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb & Digital Support

• Update and maintain client websites (content updates, plugins, basic fixes)
• Assist with internal websites, including the Recadi website
• Use AI tools (e.g. Canva, ChatGPT, Web builders) for basic UI/UX improvements
• Ensure websites are kept secure and up to date

Domain & Hosting Administration

• Manage domain renewals and hosting accounts
• Perform basic DNS changes and hosting configurations
• Monitor website uptime and report issues

Microsoft 365 Support

• Provide first-line support for Office 365 clients
• Assist with email setup, password resets, user management, and licensing
• Troubleshoot common Microsoft-related issues

Client & Internal Support

• Handle general IT and web-related support requests
• Log, track, and follow up on support issues
• Assist during busy periods and perform maintenance during quieter periods

Minimum Requirements

• 12 years experience in a similar support or junior IT role
• Basic experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Basic understanding of domains, hosting, and DNS
• Comfortable using AI and digital tools to assist with design and content
• Willingness to learn and grow within a small team environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Experience with hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
• Exposure to customer support or ticketing systems
