- Provide deep process knowledge to product and dev teams
- Guide stakeholders through transitions and adoption
- Maintain clear documentation for every new process, tool, and change

- Report the business impact of your process improvements
- Identify new areas to optimize using performance data
- Increase Profitability Streamline product cycles, reduce waste, and stretch every resource further

- 24 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Technical Specialist
- Strong background in technical environments, with repeatable cycles and systems
- Experience in telecoms is a major plus
- Solid understanding of system design, delivery, and deployment processes
- Bonus: JIRA admin experience, ITIL certification, and a degree in IT/Engineering
- You can speak both technical and business fluently
