Key Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our client based in Port Elizabeth.

This position is focused on business development, client management, and team oversight.

Purpose Of Position:

  • Drive business growth and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of services as agreed between Stratostaff and clients.
  • Oversee recruitment and placement in line with client requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and legislative obligations to avoid legal risks.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Business Development: Increase the number of clients, associates, and permanent placements.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain both new and existing client contracts.
  • Profitability: Ensure financial viability by maintaining or increasing profit margins.
  • Cost Management: Manage operational expenses and client contracts.
  • Operational Risks: Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
Requirements

  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and internal administration processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits, and Bargaining Councils.
Requirements
