Key Account Manager

Knowledge And Skills

At least 2-3 years' experience in a customer relations position within the travel and tourism industry, as a preference from a Travel consulting background preferred
At least 1 year Account management experience
Cultural awareness - Understand the drivers for both key client contacts and the wider client business and target/sell solutions accordingly
Fluent in Business English
Ability to present a convincing case
Computer literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internal systems
Excellent negotiation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills - externally to clients and internally to customers and stakeholders
Analytical skills - ability to understand margin drivers
Business Acumen

Initiator / Self-starter
Normal office / shift hours apply, with the requirement to extend in order to meet specific client demands and deadlines when the occasion demands
Overtime may be required due to relevant Wings client functions, meetings - occasionally outside normal working hours
Regional / International travel will be required

Qualifications
