Key Responsibilities
- Prepared Salad Bar items and fresh items to be sold in our coolers, following Food Safety Regulations and OSHA standards, daily and hourly.
- Cleaned all preparation areas and salad bar related areas, during each shift and as needed.
- Assisted customers as needed
- Filled special orders for fruit, vegetable, platters.
- Work in conjunction with the other areas of food service to fill orders.
- Helped to increase sales through fresh prepared items in coolers, through efficient time management and communication with management, and inventory.
- Maintain Cleanliness of Salad Bar area and Drink Station
- Keep Salad Bar fully stocked with fresh ingredients at all times
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years experience as a Kitchen Assistant
- Salads making & preparation is ESSENTIAL
- Must be creative and can work in a fastpacked environment
- Must be a clean and presentable individual.
