Kitchen Manager-Kempton Park

Family franchise Restaurant in Bedfordview is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing busy kitchen operation. Main duties will be stock management, variances and food cost reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and able to lead a kitchen brigade. Salary R 10000 - 12000 K nett.
