Kitchen Manager needed for new Restaurant in Roodepoort. Candidates must have 3+ years kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Will be expected to work long hours. Must have strong staff management and training skills.
