Back of House Manager position available for trendy Restaurant group in Bedfordview. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience with al a carte essential. Must have good all round kitchen management skills. Main focus will be staff management, quality control and general kitchen administration. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Must be hard working and willing to learn. Formal qualification would be beneficial.
