Restaurant franchise is looking for a Production Manager for their Central Kitchen. Successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the complete business operation and will report to directors. Experience in production management essential. Must also have very good staff and stock management skills. Applicants must be skilled in running a 24hour a day operation and understand dealing with fresh foods.
