Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and vibrant Junior Key Account Manager for our client in the clothing and branding industry. As the Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving new business through the sales of branded promotional items, apparel, and corporate gifts.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing products, providing quotes, closing sales, and overseeing the production and delivery process. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.

Duties And Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the allocated client base.
Understand client's needs and preferences, offering them appropriate product options that align with their budget and requirements.
Keep clients informed throughout the process, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
Sourcing And Product Selection
Utilize industry resources and the client's supplier database to source high-quality products.
Evaluate pricing, stock availability, and turnaround times to provide clients with the best options.
Keep the supplier database updated and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Quoting And Sales Process
Prepare accurate quotes using relevant software or tools.
Calculate competitive prices based on guidelines provided.
Present quotes to clients along with visual representations of the products, incorporating their branding whenever possible.
Communicate all relevant order details, including lead times, to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Order Processing And Production Oversight
Manage the entire order processing cycle, from receiving signoff to confirming sales orders.
Generate purchase orders and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and production.
Coordinate logistics, such as collections and deliveries, to fulfill client requirements.
Facilitate branding processes by providing necessary information, layouts, and obtaining client approvals.
Regularly update internal systems to track the progress of orders and maintain accurate records.
Quality Control And Delivery
Conduct thorough quality checks on completed orders to ensure adherence to standards.
Work closely with the Quality Controller and Packer to provide specific instructions for packaging and dispatch.
Communicate estimated delivery times to clients and express appreciation for their business.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients during the delivery process and promptly address any concerns.
