Key Responsibilities
- Activation Sales: Connect with potential customers in your assigned malls / shopping centres to understand their financial needs better and drive sales.
- Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our banking and insurance services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels for management review.
- Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with team members.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various retail settings and adapt to changing promotional strategies.
The Mall Activation Agent will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
