Quality Assurance

Develop and maintain Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the factory quality strategy and monitors its enforcement by establishing relevant KPIs.
Communicate, fully implement and enforce Lactalis Quality Management Systems requirement in the factory.
Plant Consumer and Customer complaint focus, linking Non-Quality losses and cost, with process improvement.
Collect and maintain product quality incident data sufficient to identify trends and deficiencies
Lead the factory management review of quality (MRQ).
Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness and culture in the plant.
Quality Control
Ensure the correct functioning of the factory laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of analysts.
Support on the critical aspects, leading quality and industrial teams, with focus on Laboratory practices.
Provides laboratory diagnostic and functional information, for products, and equipment services.
Support to Laboratory preparation procedures
Implements new programs, tests, methods, and instrumentation.
Establishes quality standards to maintain laboratory equipment performance.
Prepares RD, Production and Quality by teaching analytical theory
Complies with Legal specification requirements
