The purpose of the Lead: Group Reward Solutions role is to work alongside the Head: Reward & OE to provide
practice leadership on the design, development, execution and monitoring of Reward related solutions for the
Shoprite Group as well as the development and execution of a job evaluation, methodolog y, practices and
standards. This role is also responsible for the development of REMCO deliverables in alignment with REMCO
requirements. This role works closely with the OE, job profiling and benefits design practices, whilst supporting
and collaborating with the compensation team to ensure that intended Reward practices are aligned through the
execution stages serving to support the Shoprite Group employee value proposition.
