Role Overview:
Were in search of a Professional Quantity Surveyor to step into a management position overseeing a skilled team. This role focuses on project oversight, including reviewing payment certificates, invoices, and project reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a professional team throughout the project phases.
- Evaluate payment certificates, invoices, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain seamless project flow.
- Participate in monthly site and technical meetings to ensure project targets are met.
- Professional accreditation with SACQSP.
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience.
- Knowledge of JBCC contracts and the 7 stages of construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
