What We'll Bring
TransUnion has embarked on a multi-year program to rebrand its entire line of B2B products globally, and we are building out a small team of program managers in the Brand team to support end-to-end delivery of this critical, high visibility program around the world. This is a high-profile program with CEO-level visibility. As such, we are looking for a polished and highly capable and experienced project manager (PM) to join the team to help implement this change throughout all international regions.
The Project Manager Lead will be part of this team and will be responsible for helping the regional PM leads implement proper governance and management of the program in region, while coordinating with central functions to ensure timelines and plans for support are on track.
Delivering on this sizable and complex strategic initiative requires tight coordination, integration and collaboration across global technology, solutions, product marketing, marketing, branding, legal and operations as well as the regional equivalent and local teams. Ensuring strategic alignment, transparency and governance of scope, work effort, timing and funding decisions is critical to a successful effort.
What You'll Bring
How Youll Contribute
- Help Program Management Office (PMO) lead develop and deliver roadmaps for each region, interim milestones and long-term measures of success.
- Develop and maintain project plans for each region and each central workstream (in partnership with workstream leads and regional PMs)
- Identify cross-functional impacts, dependencies and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed
- Take action to tie up loose ends and make sure all necessary tasks (large and small) have been completed, milestones have been reached and risks are identified and mitigated
- Actively review schedules, plans and processes to avoid unnecessary time or cost overruns.
- Manage and ensure regular progress updates for each region and workstream and ensure follow-up items are addressed and timelines remain steadfast or manage expectations accordingly.

- Experience managing large-scale transformational strategic initiatives and capacity to handle a highly complex effort with ability to collaborate across multiple workstreams and time zones.
- Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional matrixed environment.

- Strong time-management, organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Rigorous, logical thinker with the ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions and risks.
- Ability to drive to clarity amid ambiguity.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility and build shared understanding across lines of business and functions; work well in cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- 5+years of professional project management experience and branding fundamentals.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
- Experience with relevant project management software applications (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
- PMP, Agile or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Global information solutions, finance or technology background is a plus.
- Bachelors degree required.
