Your Role
As a Training Specialist, youll be instrumental in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills to excel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering topics like policies, tools, and industry best practices. Be prepared to present on camera for 50-70% of your workday.
- Leading onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring theyre prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.
- Providing one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.
- Creating and refine training materials tailored to the needs of the team.
- Partnering with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.
- What Were Looking For:
- We value professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about training and development.
- 1-2 years of Training experience or similar roles.
- 1-2 years of virtual assistance experience preferred.
- Proficiency in at least two areas: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching.
- Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
- Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps.
