Learning and Development Facilitator

An exciting position exists for a Learning and Development Facilitator who can design, develop and faciliate learning interventions, utilizing a variety of learning methodologies to build knowledge, skills and competencies that enhance individual performance and organisational wide competence at the company.

Requirements
  • Accredited Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or relevant university qualification specializing in Skills Development/Learning & Development)
  • 3-5 years' experience in Facilitation, Developing and Designing of L&D interventions
  • 2-3 years' experience in financial services in a call centre environment will be advantageous
