AFDA Johannesburg and AFDA Cape Town are seeking part-time junior lecturers for the Bachelor of Commerce (Entrepreneurship and Innovation) (BCom) and Bachelor of Computer Technology (BCT) degrees.
Job responsibilities:
- Cassroom and student management and supervision.
- Lecturing, marking, tutoring, lecture preparation, etc.
- Classes range from 1st to 3rd year.
Job requirements:
- Must have at least an Hons degree in the relevant area (BCom or BSc IT).
- Passion for teaching, researching and overall lecture preparation.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have teaching experience.
- Candidates from previously disadvantaged demographic groups
- An interest/experience in the entertainment space, especially fiIm, TV, and live performance.
- Master’s degree or are currently working towards a Masters Degree.
- Own transport is essential, as is access to your own computer/laptop and the Internet.
- Good computer literacy.
