Preferred Education:
3 year Diploma or Advance Certificate in Photography with Video Application qualification.
Alternatively
Advanced certificate or higher (NQF6 qualification or higher) with Video application
Work Experience
Lecturing experience in Video Editor with a portfolio of video productions /Graphic Design/ Visual Communication Design/ Information Design/ Illustration/Publication/ Animation/ Broadcast Media/ Multimedia Design fields.
Minimum Of 3 Years Working Experience.
Work experience as Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer. Specialising in After Effects and Premiere Pro .
Key Performance Areas
Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide
Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable
Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback in a timeous manner
Presenting class marks and feedback to the MODULE DISCIPLINE LEADER and discuss appropriate interventions for improved student success
Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment.
