Legal Advisor

The IPP Office's specific mandate is derived from the Memorandum of Agreement between the DMRE, National Treasury and the Development Bank of Southern Africa which assigns to the IPP Office the implementation of the Renewabel Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) pursuant to Ministerial Determinations on behalf of the DMRE and covers preparatory and sustaining contract management and monitoring actions to make effective and efficient procurement possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 5 years aligned with the mandate of the MoA.
