Job description:

Purpose Statement To provide legal advice on moderate to complex legal matters and to manage the legal risk for Retail Bank (RB"), Business Bank (BB), Shared Services (SS), Strategic Initiatives (SI), Capitec Life Limited, Avafin and all related parties and subsidiaries of Capitec Bank Holdings Limited.
Experience

• 5 - 6 years experience in banking and/or commercial law and/or insurance law is essential

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Admitted Attorney
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Commerce

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant post-graduate qualification in Banking Law or Insurance Law
