Responsibilities
- Drive sales of policy and term warranty premiums while ensuring compliance and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Respond to lead providers and customers with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Execute the sales process with precision, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and maximize lead potential.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential customers and drive product acceptance.
- Accurately assess customer needs through active listening and strategic questioning.
- Align product benefits with customer needs and clearly demonstrate their value.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall sales performance.
- Address objections effectively with well-crafted responses to build customer confidence.
- Maintain self-motivation and strong time management, particularly in remote work settings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Continuously develop and refine skills by focusing on identified areas for improvement.
- Matric.
- RE5 (Required).
- FETC: Short-term Insurance NQF4 or higher (preferred).
- Must meet regulatory requirements, including DOFA period and FAIS Fit & Proper.
- 3 years of call centre sales experience.
- 2 years of Term Warranty/VAP experience is essential.
- Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least one other official language.
- Strong background in outbound sales with the ability to manage high call volumes
