Lexdan Select is assisting an Insurance company with their search for a Claims Manager based in Cape Town. Functions:
- Reviewing problematic claims (including bad risks) and providing recommendations
- Identifying fraudulent claims during reviews
- Analysing claim costs
- Handling of insurance complaints
- Lead the weekly / monthly claims forum meeting to address key issues and problematic claims
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures
- Extensive short term insurance experience
