Enrolled Nurse (Palliative & Frail Care) - Johannesburg

Our client who is based in Johannesburg is seeking to recruit an Enrolled Nurse for their adult palliative and frail care facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Nursing activities carried out complying with SANC regulations
• Maintain all health, safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment
• Effective utilization of resources
• Effective maintenance of equipment
• Accurate record keeping
• Continued education of patients
• Build effective relationships with patients, doctors and other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care
• General enrolled nursing duties
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workspaces
• Handle ECG, Injections, Vitals and IV fluids
• Basic wound care

Qualification And Requirements

• Enrolled Nursing qualification
• Basic Life Support course (advantageous)
• Valid SANC registration
• Experience in adult palliative and frail care will be advantageous

12-hour shifts per planned schedule
