Logistics Customer Engagement Controller

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Logistics Customer Engagement Controller role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Customer Engagement Manager. Key Purpose: To effectively manage and enhance customer service levels through establishing, controlling and monitoring internal and external factors that influence logistics customer service offering. This will ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full (OTIF), whilst providing customers with accurate logistics information for sharing and decision-making purposes. This role will require travel as per below:

• North Region
• Gauteng Region
• Inland Region
• Coastal Region
