Key Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery: Picking of stock, boxing and packing ready for collection or delivery once customer has paid.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure timeous availability of stock ordered by customers for collection or delivery. Updating of courier company portal.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales orders through to invoicing and proof of delivery.
- Invoicing to customers: Ensure that invoices to customers are performed timeously.
- Physical Stock counts: Assist with cyclical counts of the physical stock
- Customer Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc duties: any other ad hoc duties that may be required within the logistics department
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Drivers License
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic MS Office knowledge will be an advantage.
