Strong experience on Supply Chain Controls & Compliance SOP-driven operations, audits, governance, regulatory discipline is MUST
Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations from the consolidated Mombasa hub, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, robust logistics, regulatory compliance, and high service levels across domestic and export markets.
Candidates Must Have
- Managed both Domestic & Export Supply Chains
- Hands-on responsibility for local distribution and international export operations
- Strong exposure to import/export documentation, customs, and cross-border logistics
- Deep Expertise in Transportation & Logistics
- End-to-end logistics management (inbound, outbound, last-mile, and exports)
- Carrier management, route optimization, freight negotiations, DIFOT ownership
- MNC-Level Supply Chain Exposure
- Experience working within structured, multinational environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain controls, compliance processes, governance, and demand planning
- Lead warehouse, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment operations from Mombasa hub
- Manage domestic distribution across Kenya and export shipments across East Africa
- Oversee transportation planning, freight partners, customs agents, and logistics compliance
- Drive inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and optimal stockholding
- Support demand planning, production coordination (toll blending), and material availability
- Ensure ERP (Oracle preferred) accuracy for orders, pricing, invoicing, and inventory
- Maintain regulatory compliance (KEBS, KRA) and HSSE standards
