Job vacancy for a certified installation electrician in Durban North.
Job requirements:
- Please note that the company is a small to medium organisation and the salary is in line with the ECA rates.
- The position is of a leadership, mentoring, and training role for the existing technical team of artisans and also to have a hands on approach to providing technical service and quality workmanship to customers.
- The applicant must be a certified Installation Electrician, with a minimum of 10 years experience in domestic and industrial COC testing, working on hazardous sites and being responsible for team inspections on completed sites.
- The applicant must be an energetic multi-tasker who is able to mentor and train junior artisans and ensure a high level of work performance and quality on completed sites. Good planning and organisational skills are essential.
The applicant must submit:
- Copies of their IE licence card
- Together with a valid driver’s license.
- A clear criminal and credit record is required and will be verified.
- Declaration of any medical conditions that will affect tasks will be a criteria.
