Looking for office admin

We are looking for a full time office admin and clerical person to join our existing team in Port Elizabeth.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answering phones & emails, dealing with customers & assisting with enquires
  • Dealing with logistics and warehouse (where our vehicles are and when they will be with our clients)
  • Capturing of invoices & ensuring proper procedures are followed
  • Dealing with warehouse / reps / customers / management on a professional basis
  • Assisting the business in all aspects
  • General office admin

Job requirements:

  • A clear communicator with perfect spoken English & Afrikaans
  • Mathematically orientated
  • Very organised and suited to a highly pressurized deadline driven environment
  • Sales and Finance experience preferably on Pastel Evolution
  • Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Polite & courteous at all times
  • A vibrant and happy disposition that is motivated and hard working
