We have a position available for a baker/pastry chef in a supermarket in DRC Congo.
Job requirements:
- Must have at least 4-5 years experience in
- Variety of breads, (rolls, buns, health bread, greek bread and french bread)
- Must know how to bake croissants,biscuits and sweets
- Must have experience with MacAdams baking equipment. (rotary oven, prover, bun & dough dividers, pastry sheeter)
- Must be able to teach and train people
- Must be able to solve problems with dough or pastry or oven temperatures
