Looking for personal assistant

Company in Ballito is looking for and personal assistant/office admin.

Job requirements:

  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • 3-4 year’s experience
  • Must have own vehicle and Valid driver's license
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
  • Proficient with Pastel Partner and Payroll an advantage
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records
  • Deliver and pick up business related items in the immediate geographic area
  • Organizational skills: scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc.
  • Computer skills: writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets and printing documents
  • Handling all the phone calls
  • Replying to all the correspondence on time
