International Middle School ESL Job Description:
- Location: Jining, Shandong Province, China.
- Contract Term: One academic year, starts ASAP.
- Students Age:12-14 years old.
- Position: English, Chemistry or Economy (either one).
- Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekend.
- Work Hours: 40 working hours including 15 teaching hours per week.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: RMB20,000 monthly.
- Accommodation: free well-decorated, full-furnished apartment provided by school. Or RMB1,000 allowance allowance for renting apartment outside the school.
- Meals: free lunch and supper on working days.
- Vacation: full paid one month winter vacation.
- Holidays: full paid 11 days public holidays and 1 day for Christmas.
- Airfare Allowance: RMB10,000 allowance upon contract fulfillment.
- Insurance: accident Insurance + major medical health insurance.
- Semester bonus:2,000RMB to 4,000RMB per semester based on performance.
