MAIN OUTCOMES
  • Ensure uninterrupted marketing operations through accurate stock, budget, and data management

  • Provide timely and efficient support to the marketing team across research, events, and campaign execution

  • Deliver high-quality PR, advertising, and sponsorship materials on schedule

  • Maintain active social media engagement and trend monitoring

  • Uphold impeccable records and documentation for all marketing activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Order, track, and reconcile marketing supplies, liaising with vendors for quotes and deliveries

  • Manage digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are organised and up-to-date

  • Coordinate national award entries, PR opportunities, advertising, and sponsorship processes, including billing and reporting

  • Assist with market research, content capture, and campaign preparation for pet-related promotions

  • Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and support moderation on weekends and public holidays

  • Take detailed notes at key meetings and follow up on action points

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the clients pet insurance products, competitors, and market trend

  • Stay informed on marketing technology innovations and best practices
Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • 12 years experience in an administrative or marketing support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basics of SharePoint or Google Workspace

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
