Company based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Maintenance Assessor whose main duties will involve traveling to and from each site where they will complete assessments from which they will draft maintenance plans.
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years experience with technical specifications and/or quoting in a paint manufacturing/construction/engineering environment.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Beneficial educational qualifications: BScHons Quantity Surveying, BScHons Construction Management, BScHons Property Studies, MSc Engineering, MSc Real Estate, MSc Property Studies
