Duties & Responsibilities
- Development and execution of sales, marketing and business strategies with the focus on actively seeking new business and expanding current business.
- Identifying local business opportunities and challenges.
- Self-generation of leads through cold calling.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide security solutions and quotations with correct specifications for client applications.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiating new contracts.
- Assisting with the roll out of new contracts.
- Consistent feedback to senior management formally and informally on progress, challenges, and successes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in the Cleaning and Hygiene industry as a Sales representative or a similar position, with a proven track record.
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF L4
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Must have a own transport
- Excellent client orientation & negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Above average communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
