The role involves the collection of data from the core databases to complete MI reporting for all the Global Capabilities centers. From this data, MI, data analysis, trending and the design and production of reports for internal and external purposes are produced on a regular and ad hoc basis.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrate the outline requirements of the role
- Reporting into the Reporting Manager to develop and implement appropriate MI and reporting outputs to support broader teams across all the GCCs.
- Taking accountability for the production and distribution of critical operational MI, monitoring performance, clearly communicating issues, developing and recommending changes where appropriate.
- Ensuring that strong links are maintained across all support areas and all GCCs.
- Being responsible for conducting detailed statistical data analysis using appropriate analysis software under guidance of Line Manager or other more Senior Analysts / Managers.
- Maintain the integrity of the MI Process with detailed review and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete and consistent
- Review processes, suggest and implement improvements and solutions
- Provide general advice and analysis to internal business customers and develop overall business knowledge to facilitate this function
- Ensure reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLAs and ensure the requestor understands any limitations
- Prioritization of regular and ad hoc reporting to satisfy external and internal customers
- Conduct Quality data analysis and generate reports using internal databases
- Assist with month end close to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data
- Present and explain the MI Service Offering to the assigned Business unit
- Engage weekly with the Line Managers to identify new report requirements
- Conduct impact analysis of any proposed changes and present the results to GCC Leaders
- Participate in the project teams to ensure the MI components are continuously addressed
- Carry out regular regional reviews and audits of the data to ensure it is accurate and significant to the recipient
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to enable business benefits report automation, de-duplication, visual improvement
- Relevant Education/Qualifications
- MS Excel Advanced
- Excellent Data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- A self-motivated Independent worker with a logical and organised approach
- A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be a reliable team player with the ability to work on own initiative where required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the constraints of using sensitive and confidential data Desirable
- Microsoft Access would be useful

- Power BI / Tableau advantageous
