After completing the traineeship, you should have acquired the relevant technical skills, leadership skills and knowledge base to fit into a leadership position within one of key functions of Supply Chain functions within Heineken Beverages. We are in search of 1 newly graduated (2025) individual looking to specialize i n the Processing field at one of our Manufacturing Plants within Supply Chain

Duration of Programme: A 18-month period compr ising of

• Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis Processing Cider Making
• Improvement projects and workplace exposure
• Stand in periods for specific job roles
• The business value-chain and core business fundamentals

Structure

• An intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams gaining exposure in the dynamic Manufacturing environment and exposure in challenging and exciting projects.
• Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
• A learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (Degree) in of the following fields: BSC Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technoloy
• South African citizen
• Good tertiary academic results
• Computer Literate
• Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities
• The person should have a strong performance record that can be verified from past tasks and
• assignments
• Be able to effectively interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and education levels.
• Have good analytical and problem resolving capabilities.
