Manager and supervisor is needed for Steers and Debonairs in Cape Flats.
Job requirements:
- Must be energetic and go-getter.
- Able to speak English.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must have own reliable transport.
- Able to do stock takes and daily reports + cash management.
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed.
- Able to manage staff lead and motivate staff - understanding of Human resources.
- Maintain restaurant operational standards.
- Must have franchise - type operation experience (preferably Steers and/or Debonairs).
- Most importantly: trustworthy and reliable.
