- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client insurance needs

- Analytical thinking and the ability to assess risks and performance
- Effective problem-solving abilities, especially in claims and underwriting
- Solid understanding of sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Computer literacy and comfort with insurance systems and platforms
