Our client is hiring for Senior Manager/Executive professional to join their Business Performance team. This role would be suitable for someone looking to further their career in management consulting while doing meaningful work, managing client relationships, and selling solutions to their clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years management consulting or professional services experience to deliver across a range of business, strategic, tactical, and transformational projects.
- Postgraduate (Honours level), preferred. MBA, optional.
- Industry experience - Mining/Energy/Financial Services (pref), Telecoms/FMCG (open to).
- Experience in three or more of the following: Strategy Facilitation, Operating Model, Business Optimisation, Change Management, and/or Digital & Data.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and build impactful relationships.
- Have a strong human centered approach and show soft skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Deliver impactful work of a high quality.
- Bring strategic & innovative thinking to develop client solutions.
- Be able to deliver timeously.
