Job description

Were looking for a hard operator, someone who can recruit at volume, secure quality host employers, and deliver placements that actually stick. If youve built pipelines, managed employers, and run delivery with PMO-level discipline, this role is for you.

What youll own (core accountability)

1. Recruitment ownership for funded programmes (YES, internships, learnerships): sourcing screening shortlisting interviews selection confirmations
2. Host + partner employer acquisition and relationship ownership across Gauteng and Western Cape
3. Placement execution and onboarding management in tight coordination with our PMO and host employers
4. Host employer management + joint candidate management with PMO to reduce dropouts and protect outcomes
5. Ensure host employer contracting and documentation are current (agreements, annexures, amendments, evidence packs)

• Intakes filled on time with eligible, document-ready candidates
• Strong placement rate and fast time-to-fill
• Reduced dropout in the first 90 days through proactive management
• A growing base of credible, repeat host employers
• Clean compliance: audit-ready evidence + POPIA adherence

Ideal background

This role is ideal for someone from staffing solutions, recruitment delivery, and/or project management, someone who can handle employers, candidates, and delivery pressure without excuses.

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment/placements/employer partnerships (high-volume or programme-based)
• Strong employer-facing capability (pitching, negotiating, escalation handling)
• Strong operational discipline (trackers, reporting cadence, evidence control)
• Valid drivers license + ability to travel across Gauteng and Western Cape

Advantageous

• YES / learnership / internship programme exposure
• PWD cohort placement and management experience
• Experience working alongside a PMO
