• Experience working at Senior Management level.
• Over 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Management of junior to senior level staff

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Profit and Loss of the organisation.
• Efficient cost optimisation
• Strategies for Revenue Growth and identify and manage potential risks.
• Oversee the attainment of expense budget and revenue budgets.
• Ensure that all key members are consistently updated in alignment with the company's goals.
• Training of employees on company values and strategy.
• Cultivate a good culture within the organisation.
• Champion employee well-being, ensure adherence to labour regulations.
• Oversee the quality of products and standards along with exceptional customer service.
• Nurture strong relationships and foster close connections with external and internal stakeholders.
