- MBA and/or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field
- 10 years of experience within a mining or resources industry and 5 years in a mining chemical environment
- 8 - 10 years of experience at the executive leadership level in a large corporate
- 5 years of Senior Management experience in a minerals processing environment
