Marketing Administrator

Campus Living is seeking to employ an Marketing Administrator . Only applications that meet the below mentioned criteria will be considered.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

At least Matric certificate, however applicants with Tertiary qualifications will receive preference;

Minimum 3 years’ work experience in similar roles;

Advanced capability in working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (non-negotiable);

Experience in marketing on social media and other communication networks essential;

Must have a passion for people and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;

Highly organised and efficient, with an ability to work towards and meet tight deadlines;

Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude and high energy, and must have a good common sense;

Must be able to work on his/her own without supervision and manage own duties, schedule and responsibilities;

Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing marketing material, advertising and branding;

Meeting with clients and liaison in regards to available properties as well as dealing with property owners and body corporates;

General office administration and other ad-hoc tasks/duties as and when required;

General management of properties/clients including arranging for maintenance to be done, managing cleaning and gardening staff, handling emergencies, queries, conducting inspections, dealing with the rental process from beginning to end, including administration with lease agreements etc.
