The Commercial Sales Support role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Commercial Sales division, ensuring smooth execution of brand activities, effective coordination across teams, and timely delivery of operational requirements.
- Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales division
- Process purchase orders and receipts for payment, and assist with ad-hoc manual ordering
- Support giveaways, competitions, prizes, sponsorships, donations, and trade exchanges, including follow-ups
- Maintain and update the brand calendar, communicating key dates and events to relevant stakeholders
- Manage Outlook meeting invitations, room bookings, and overall coordination for brand meetings
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, distribute meeting notes, and follow up on key action items
- Order, wrap, and dispatch products, gifts, and flowers as required
- Coordinate travel bookings for the team
- Distribute staff allocations and manage internal staff purchases
- Liaise with courier services to ensure timely deliveries
- Facilitate team celebrations, including birthdays and special occasions
- Coordinate PR, marketing, training, and conference activities as required
- Compile, submit, and track reports to support management decision-making
- Serve as point of contact for stores on administrative matters
- Administer payroll for the brand team
- Diploma in Marketing or Administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Administration
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication across all levels
- Maintain confidentiality
