Were looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Lead to help tell the story of two fast-growing premium fitness brands across South Africa.
This is not a social media coordinator role. Its a build-the-content-engine, own-the-narrative, drive-consistency role. If you believe great brands are built through clarity, cadence and community, keep reading.

F45 Training and FS8 are scaling rapidly across South Africa. As we grow, the way we communicate with members, franchisees, partners and future owners, matters more than ever.
This role exists to:
- Translate strategy into consistent, high-quality content
- Turn real people, real stories and real results into brand trust
- Create momentum across social, email and long-form content
What Youll Own:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute content pillars across education, community, transformation, leadership, performance, recovery and lifestyle
- Own publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and email
- Ensure alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives
- Build and manage newsletter cadence for both brands
- Write lead-nurture and campaign email sequences
- Partner with sales and CRM to support conversion and retention
- Proactively capture member, franchisee and team stories
- Turn testimonials into assets for marketing, sales and brand credibility
- Conceptualise and support YouTube and docuseries content
- Translate long-form storytelling into short-form social content
- Comfortable working with videographers or light in-house production
- Support PR, partnerships and brand announcements
- Help shape and protect the brand narrative as the network scales
- Consistency and quality of content output
- Growth and engagement on priority platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Email engagement and nurture performance
- Volume and quality of testimonials captured
- Delivery of long-form video and storytelling milestones
- Define and document content pillars
- Establish repeatable content and email cadences
- Relaunch newsletters
- Build a testimonial capture system
- Deliver first long-form video / YouTube concept
- Align fully with EOS rhythms and scorecard reporting
- Strong writer and storyteller
- Structured, organised and execution-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Thinks in systems and cadence, not one-off posts
- Values accountability, clarity and follow-through
Video experience PR/comms background Fitness or premium brand experience EOS familiarity
