Marketing Automation Specialist (on-site contract)

IQbusiness, your go-to, is seeking to employ a automation marketer on a 12 month contract, to collaborate with an international team from our offices in Welgemoed, Cape Town. Please note that this is an on-site role and requires the incumbent to work from the office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities And Job Mission
  • Platform Management:
  • Administer and manage chatbot system (Qualify).
  • Administer and manage marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
  • Configure and optimise workflows, triggers, and campaigns within the automation system.
  • Conduct regular testing across campaign elements to optimise platform's performance.
  • Campaign Development:
  • Design, implement, and monitor automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Create and refine email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with content creators to align automation strategy with the content strategy.
  • Lead Management:
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritise and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing.
  • Insights and Data Analysis:
  • Analyse metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimising future campaigns.
  • Generate reports on the performance of automated marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Marketing and/or Process Optimisation.
  • Prior chatbot experience.
  • Prior experience in Marketing Automation advantageous (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Adobe)
